PT for spans >25 ft and thin slabs; conventional for short spans and design flexibility. We model both before commit.
Pre-dawn placement, ice in mix, chilled water, retarder admixture, fog spray and wet cure. We pour year-round in 38°C+ conditions safely.
Joint placement, fiber reinforcement, low-shrinkage admixtures, and slow controlled cure. We accept and document hairline cracks; structural cracks never happen.
Foundation concrete $180–340/cy supplied and placed; architectural exposed concrete $400–700/cy installed.
