A whole-home remodel is harder than a new build — you're working around what's already there, with constraints you can only discover by opening walls. Our remodel division leads with an exploratory phase: selective demolition, structural assessment and MEP mapping before we issue a fixed-scope contract.
Most whole-home remodels run 6–12 months and require relocation during construction; we coordinate temporary housing logistics as part of the engagement.
