Our in-house structural team designs and details every load-bearing element of our residential builds — foundations, slabs, framing, seismic restraint and connections. Designing structure in-house means fewer interface mistakes between architect, engineer and builder, and faster value-engineering when budgets get tight.
We use BIM-coordinated models from concept to fabrication, with a single source of truth for every steel piece, rebar bend and timber connector.
